KCBC Junior Introduction Group attracts a lot of students each year. Our World Class Coaches plan the Introduction training to suit players who just started playing badminton. Unlike others, we group beginners by age and level. We have Teens Intro groups for ages 12 to 18 as well as younger groups for ages 5 to 8. Our goal is to let everyone enjoy badminton and learn the CORRECT badminton skills. We will also select potentials in
the group to our Pre-competition team in order to represent the club at provincial level tournaments.
Ratio : 1 Coach to 8 students per court.

An Incentive Program like Pre-Team! Only commit once a week!
KCBC Fundamental Class is a bridge class from Introduction Group/Camps to Pre-Competition Team. We understand it is difficult for parents to arrange training for 3 times a week immediately, therefore we have fundamental class between Introduction/Inter group to Pre -Competition Team. This program is designed for students to stay in Fundamental for approximately 3-4 sessions (1 year) before they can advance to the next level. Students will be selected by the KC Coaching Team and will need to commit to 1 or 2 times training every week including 1 Private and 1 fundamental group class. Students will stay in the program until Parents can make the commitment of 3 times per week, and then move forward to Pre-Competition Team or Intermediate/Advanced Group.

The Targeted Intermediate Group Training is suitable for students who is willing to go school tournaments and BCD level tournaments but never had professional training before. With Targeted Intermediate training, students will be trained for proper skills, footworks, fitness and strategy.

OBA (Ontario Badminton Association) is the official organizer for Badminton tournaments in
Ontario.
Badminton Season starts in the middle of September and ends at the end of April. It is sorted
by different age groups from U11 to U19. Each age group has around 5 to 8
tournaments per year. KC will inform parents about registering for tournaments, set up for
partners, and on-site coaching.
- Please reserve court at least 48 hours in advanced by phone
- Courts can be cancel/rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start of the rental time (we will only reschedule the rental, no refunds)
- Maximum of 4 persons per court
